Well, we have the form in our hands, but it didn't come in the mail. Landon and I had to make an impromptu visit to the USCIS office in Cleveland to pick it up. Officer Hertzing, an amazingly friendly and helpful government employee, recommended we not travel without this document. He mailed it himself on the 19th of August--and if it's coming from Cleveland, it should have been here, so Paul and I decided to send Landon and me to pick it up. We got the document, and the whole time I was thinking that it would come in today's mail--but it didn't.
Got a lot of last minute packing to finish up, one more trip to Target, and a soccer game to watch.
