I know that it's been a week since I last posted, but there has been nothing new to report about our situation with Levi, and we were out of town for the last 4 days. Since Grandma and Grandpa were in Warren last week for the Walk 4 Levi, they decided to take Logan and Landon home with them for a couple of days. So, that's one reason why blogging wasn't high on my priority list--enjoying the peace and quiet. Then Paul and I left Wednesday morning for an Armitage reunion in Niagara Falls. We had a great visit with Paul's family, and since we've been gone, there have been some things to blog about--but because we have to be somewhere in 45 minutes, I'm going to share with you one awesome thing that happened, and you'll have to tune in for more...I know it's cruel, but at least it's something! haha
While we were in Niagara, really good friends of ours, "Traded Spaces" in our nursery (Levi's room). I have to tell you, Levi's room looks amazing. They had told us a couple of months ago that they wanted to re-do Levi's room for us. So, we didn't know what it was going to look like. I picked out the theme (elephants) and they did the rest. It is awesome. A friend of ours sewed the curtains--they're perfect, and a couple of other friends helped in moving everything back into Levi's room after it had been transformed.
Here are the pictures so you can see what a great job they did:

They worked really hard on getting this room together in 3 days. It's incredible. I just stand at the doorway looking at the room, and trying to not be impatient as we are still waiting. I love that I have a place to sit and pray for Levi as I envision him sleeping in his crib, or playing on the floor. It's a HUGE blessing to our family, and Logan even said, "Mom, it's the best room in our house." After he saw that the room was finished, he also said, "Mom are you and Dad going to get Levi tomorrow?" I said, "I wish."
Many thanks to our friends who worked super hard for us. We are so blessed to have you as friends and can't wait for you to see your hard work bless a little boy as he sleeps peacefully in his new room. You guys are awesome! Love you guys!
