Today as I was "stalking" a couple blogs of families in Ethiopia, one of the mom's shared this and it really spoke to me: "For everyone in any stage of your adoption...please know that when you get here, you will know that God has had His hand in your life and the life of your children. His timing is perfect! You will be in the travel group you are supposed to be in, and you will have such peace and joy!"
A great reminder of God's timing. Sometimes I might question whether or not God has forgotten about our adoption because things aren't happening fast enough. But Paul and I were talking that God is still working in our adoption...we are still seeing him provide for our family. The Walk 4 Levi was a major blessing, last week he provided $900 from an amazing family for our adoption, and he put it on the hearts of our friends to bless us with an amazingly cool nursery. There are countless other things that God has blessed us with so, "NO", He hasn't forgotten about us and our adoption...He's still showing us that He loves us and knows that we are still waiting.
