The news about Levi came at a perfect time, as I was able to really be thankful for 3 sons on this Mother's Day. We had a great day! It started with Logan and Landon giving me a huge posterboard size card that they had made for me. It said, "Happy Mother's Day" on the front, and when you opened it, it read We love you!!! and there were smiley faces of Paul(with spiky hair), Me(with orangey-blonde hair), Logan and Landon. And best of all, they had included little Levi's face with an afro. It was so cute! I loved it! They also gave me a DVD of the Three Stooges--which I loved as a kid and still love today. I had always been looking for them, and so that afternoon we watched an episode--it was great!!
After a nice Sunday afternoon nap, Paul fixed an amazing Mother's Day feast. He grilled out, fixed asparagus (my favorite) and sweet potatoes (another favorite), and even baked a German Chocolate cake (also, another favorite). It was a great and memorable day!! I'm looking forward to celebrating with "My Three Sons" next year!
